Perfect installation! Hire these people! We’ve done a lot of work on the DeLand home we bought a year ago. We’ve dealt with a bunch of companies. And these folks were hands down the best experience we’ve had. I was very nervous about replacing all our windows including the sliding glass patio door. Having large holes in your house is kind of unsettling. And the mess! But really, we had nothing to worry about. Starting with Kristy in the office, and extending to our installation crew of Joe, Ryan, Leo and Nick, they all treated our home with respect, worked quickly and carefully, and left us with beautiful new windows and absolutely zero mess. And Dave expertly did a small bit of stucco repair work to complete the job. So, if you’re thinking about replacing your windows, we highly recommend these folks. ~ Gregory C

We are happy that we used the Window Shoppe to replace all of our windows and sliding doors. We replaced one slider with a beautiful French door. We did the front of the house first and had them back to do the back of the house. They have come out promptly to help us with our French door which turned out to be a user problem. Matt was very understanding and happy to show us the special locking mechanism - again. :) All of the team is helpful and patient. The Window Shoppe recently finished a window install at our home. We have had a great experience with everyone at this company, from admin to the contractor to the installers. Everyone took the time to patiently answer all of our questions and concerns regarding the window types and install process. Employees are friendly, professional, and the install went very smoothly. I am very happy with our windows. Matt came by and did the measurements himself and had them installed after 12 weeks , which was the time it took to custom build them. The guys had all windows installed in one day without problems. I had noticed a small issue with one of the sashes and Matt had the window builder contact me right away and fixed it for me at home. The Window Shoppe has been around for over 30 yrs and I can see why now. Had my windows replaced by them last August and have seen the difference in energy efficiency already. In the last 11 months, I have noticed a ~$350 reduction and nothing else has changed in my home. I just had windows replaced with hurricane rated impact windows. From the initial meeting to the installation everything went very smooth. After getting 4 quotes I chose The Window Shoppe due to their professionalism and price. The install crew was extremely professional and very courteous. I was very impressed with them. I did a lot of shopping around before I went with the Window Shoppe. The Window Shoppe had the best quality windows for the price. The labor charge was competitive as well. This company has been around for a while so I knew they weren't going anywhere just in case I needed warranty work after the install. All in all, it was a great company to work with. We shopped around and found that The Window Shoppe was the most responsive, best price, and offered good quality products. They did seven windows on our house that had the original jalousie windows from the 50's. Their tech, Ryan, did an amazing job. He was professional and cleaned up the jobsite extremely well. Did a great job on our whole house window replacement job. Installation was very clean and the frames were done well. We'd use them again if we have the need. Ps.. we used (another) local window company to install windows at our other house a couple years ago. Sloppy, unsymmetrical frames. Obvious uncaring work. ~ J M

The Window Shoppe treated me right. They had the best price and did not try to upsell. However, all they offered was single hung windows. So if you are looking for double hung, you will have to look elsewhere. But I wasn't looking for those. Highly recommend. ~ James P

Window replacement is their specialty but the also do porch enclosures. Been around since the late 70's. You don't last that long unless you're doing something right. ~ Plants B
